Claire Smith
Claire is a licensed real estate agent and oversees the marketing and closing coordination for Team von Trapp. She has over 25 years’ experience in marketing and owned her own advertising agency for 12 years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. In her role on the Chris von Trapp Team, her goal is to provide clients with exceptional customer service and attention to detail whether marketing their homes or helping buyers through the closing process. She has two daughters and lives in Colchester.
Sheila Jacobs
Sheila began her real estate career in 1994 at the Northwestern Vermont Board of REALTORS® and enjoyed serving its members in many capacities for over ten years. In 2005, Sheila became a licensed Realtor which allowed her to work directly with buyers and sellers. Sheila's proficiency with technology, coupled with her experience and enthusiasm, have proven to be an award-winning combination. In 2017, Sheila made another advancement in her career by partnering with Chris von Trapp. As a member of the successful von Trapp Team, Sheila's valuable experience is an asset in serving both listing clients and buyers.
